glass elevator good breakfast unavailable room long waiting

i like the elevators at the hotel. the glass elevator on the concourse is a nice touch. the breakfast was also good, this was a pleasant surprise.

the room still was not ready at 6:40pm, checkin was at 3pm. the hotel indicated my room was unavailable almost 4 hours after check in, this was frustrating.

comfortable bed modern equipment confusing service loud music

the location was convenient for exploring. the room included a king size bed which was quite comfortable. also, i found the gym to have modern equipment.

the breakfast service was somewhat confusing. i was given vouchers with three different options, but any variation required additional payment. also, i noticed loud lobby. the music made it difficult to hear the staff at check in.

the staff were helpful. the location is central, and this provides good access to local amenities. i found the room clean. the gym facilities met my needs.

the hotel was very busy . this made it difficult to find seating in public areas. also, i thought the noise from adjacent rooms was high.

easy access clean room spacious room friendly staff

i REALLY enjoyed easy access to the path system. it connected directly to many attractions. my room was clean and spacious and had amazing city views. the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially at check-in.

the elevators were sometimes slow, especially during peak hours, which caused minor delays getting to and from my room.

the staff was always quick to help with questions. they also provided useful directions. i needed some documents printed and they were happy to assist, doing it quickly and efficiently.

the hotel is CENTRAL. it's close to many key attractions, like the entertainment district and convention center. public transportation is also very accessible, made getting around VERY easy.

the fitness center has modern equipment. i saw several treadmills, elliptical machines, and weight stations. the pool area looked clean and inviting, having ample seating for all guests. there is a business center too.

my ROOM included a king-sized bed. i liked having a large tv. there was also a mini-fridge and coffee maker. the bathroom featured ample counter space.

fantastic stay!!!

helpful staff lovely garden convenient shopping

I really liked the helpful staff and easy car parking. the lobby features a lovely waterfall garden, super relaxing. it was a short walk to both the princess of wales theatre and many restaurants. i also appreciated the hotel's underground shopping and eateries. It's super convenient!!!

My room felt a little dated. i think it needs some updating. Dark wood furniture.

my room offered a great view of city hall, a nice bonus. the pillows were wonderfully soft, perfect for a good night's sleep. overall, the room was really comfortable and clean.
